Crack injection
A leaking crack is filled from the inside with polyurethane or epoxy under pressure, so it seals through the full thickness of the wall. Polyurethane flexes and is the usual choice for leaks. Epoxy bonds the concrete and suits cracks that also need strength.
When a crack needs more than sealing
- Horizontal cracks, or walls bowing inward
- Cracks wider than about a quarter inch
- Cracks that keep growing
These point to soil pressure or settling. They may need structural repair, and an engineer's assessment, before waterproofing.
